What we collect
The contact form. The name, email, company and message you type, used to answer you and nothing else. It is handled by FormSubmit, which forwards it to our inbox, so your message passes through their servers on the way to us.
Usage statistics. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, roughly where you are and what device you use. It never tells us who you are, and nothing is stored until you consent. Details in the Cookie Policy.
Server logs. The site runs on Amazon Web Services, which records requests, including IP addresses, as part of serving and protecting it.
Who else sees it
Only those three, each for the one job above: Google, FormSubmit and Amazon Web Services. We do not sell personal data and we do not build profiles.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to analytics. Write to info@montevideotech.ventures. In the EEA and the UK these rights come from the GDPR; in Uruguay, from Ley N° 18.331, and the authority is the URCDP.
