He advises on industry pains, market positioning, corporate partnerships, and ensures that every venture built at MTV is grounded in real business potential and global scalability.
Strategic leader with deep experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, ecosystem building, and venture creation. Maggie leads MTV’s vision, commercial validation processes, partnerships, and the strategic roadmap toward building new MediaTech ventures.
Co-founder, CTO, and a recognized technical leader in MediaTech and AI-driven video infrastructure. Nico has led the design and implementation of mission-critical media systems for global companies in the USA and Europe. He’s also led open source projects relevant for media via and also participates in groups that develop protocols such as DASH or CMCD.
He oversees MTV’s technological direction and opportunity seeking, mentors founders and engineers, and ensures our prototypes, MVPs, and joint-ventures are built with technical rigor, scalability, and cutting-edge innovation.
