MoQaaS
MoQaaS helps you adopt MoQ without building a bespoke stack. It provisions broadcasts, routes traffic through a relay layer, exposes tool-ready URLs, and gives you the minimum observability to prove QoE, latency, and reliability before you commit.

Eventstream
EventStream is a parallel intelligence layer that turns any live video stream into actionable events and automated workflows—without touching your broadcast pipeline. It extracts real-time metadata and delivers webhooks with proof clips for highlights, alerts, and monetization.

Rightful
Rightful provides the governance infrastructure for authorized derivative content by connecting rights holders and creators through a secure discovery network. It automates feed provisioning, rule enforcement, and revenue splitting to transform chaotic restreaming into a scalable, secure business channel.
Innovation track - Kick off
On January 24–25, in Punta del Este, Uruguay, we hosted the first Innovation Track, the kickoff of Montevideo Tech Ventures.
More than an event, the Innovation Track was the first real-world validation of our approach to innovation: bringing senior leaders together to work on real industry challenges, under real constraints, through open and structured collaboration.
Co-led by Andy Beach (former CTO at Microsoft) and Juan Pablo Saibene (Qualabs), the Track brought together participants from across the video and media ecosystem to turn concrete pain points into clear, testable venture opportunities.
Let’s talk at MHV!
